Our customers have access to first line technical support from our NOC (Network Operations Centre) in Limerick and Citywest.

Our experienced technical team will deal with any queries or issues on the network and will answer your calls directly. No outsourced call centre, just direct access to technical help if you need it.

Online network statistics are also provided: You can log in using your username and password and monitor the utilisation of your circuits.

We have an excellent reputation for the quality of our installations and their rapid deployment. We do not outsource any aspect of service delivery.

Your service installation will be project managed from start to finish with timelines given depending on the infrastructure to be delivered for your service: fibre, DSL, telephony, licensed wireless. All services come with SLAs and are supported by our very experienced technical service teams.
